A Little About Why I Created This:

So, a few years ago, my hips hurt constantly.


Deep squatting was out of the question, and even sitting for long periods made my hips ache. I just thought I was tight or that it was part of life. What I didn’t understand back then was how important hip mobility really is.


When you lose hip rotation or extension, in my case both, your body doesn’t stop. It adapts. Your lower back starts picking up the slack. Your knees take angles they weren’t meant to handle over and over again. Little compensations build up quietly, all of which lead to random aches and pains.


It was only once I started training my hips through their full ranges that things slowly changed. Gradually, deeper positions became more comfortable, and I started building strength where I used to feel stuck.


Fast forward to today, I can sit comfortably, drop into a deep squat without hesitation, and training feels athletic again. But maybe the biggest difference is that I trust my body. Movement feels lighter, smoother, and honestly more enjoyable.

That transformation didn’t happen by accident. It came from training the hips the right way.
